The holy grail of outreach is a warm pitch to a warm audience. Or in other words, an emotionally resonating pitch to an engaged ICP. But as successful as this method is, it has it’s limits.
The pool of engaged ICPs runs out fast.

Trade Off → Cold ICPs are less likely to respond.
Automating your pitch (with light personalisation) saves hours and can run in the background. You can even target time zones you would normally miss.
Trade Off → Cold pitches often get fewer replies.
But, a lower conversion rate is still ok
For many of my clients, automation leads to more booked calls than manual outreach. Why? Volume.
Do The Maths → Two sales from fifty DMs is still better than one sale from five DMs.
The huge increase should bring in more calls than you ever did. And if your targeting is strong, your credibility is clear, and your offer resonates, automated outreach can perform just as well as warm outreach.
